Does the fact that Jimmer plays in a mediocre conference hurt his POY candidacy? I mean if he played in the Big East would he get nearly the same PPG as he does now?
Possibly ... but the Mountain West is pretty good this year: San Diego State, BYU and UNLV are all legit good. And Fredette is a really good player who will likely lead the nation in scoring while playing for a top-15 team.
