For a top author, your powers of observation are lacking in your home environ. Remember when SI marketing arm did not offer any package of products after big dogs won belt in 14. It is because UCONN stuff does not sell. Outside of finite world of siberians, people shun products because dogs cannot even market themselves into a position to close on any coveted recruits, let alone sell to casual discretionary purchasing power. Find a nutmeg state clg gear shop outside of stores and yo find dook, kylube and fruit gear and maybe a doggystyle cap or few.
ReplyDeleteYo state yo not big on self promotion. Do not be shy. If you believe you have something to offer, take a firm stand and do not be like UCONN which does not no how to self promote and appears unqualified from a marketing standpoint and asperger shy on top of it all. If sleddteams of hoolahoop had even average marketing and branding since rise from 88NIT to BIGEAST 7 conf tourney titles and zillion reg season crowns through 99041114 world titles UCONN would sell, be a bulwark of some powerfive conglomerate and get players procured easily. But yo see courant state of confusion and the empire that Jim Hall of Fame Calhoun left on deposit struggles for crumbs in a crummy conference versus an insult of home schedule wit likes of central, bryant, coppin, columbia et al, in crummy arenas wit ymca players with a frowning asst anticoach. I hope yo sell a trillion copies and thanx for helping in the marketing of UCONN with your new publication because UCONN cant do it themselves. Who hires those guys? Certainly not pros.
