Daniel Hamilton Invited to Play in Jordan Brand Classic

The AAC was expected to be a pretty good basketball conference, at least this season, led by top-notch guards and Hall of Fame coaches. It didn't disappoint and, in fact, the new conference exceeded expectations.

We'll see what happens moving forward, sans Lousville, but the league should remain a quality basketball conference. SMU obviously is rising up, Temple won't be down for too long and, who knows, maybe Tulsa will surprise.

UConn's future continues to look good, with Sam Cassell, Jr., and Daniel Hamilton coming on board next season. Hamilton has been invited to play in this year's Jordan Brand Classic, to be held April 18 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The press release:

For the second consecutive year, Barclays Center will be serving as the host venue for the 13th annual Jordan Brand Classic. The nation’s premier high school all-star game will be held on April 18, 2014in Brooklyn.
