Here's the schedule for this year's Big East tournament. Pretty good for UConn, really. There is absolutely no excuse losing to terrible DePaul, and Georgetown isn't anywhere near the same team without Chris Wright, who appears to be done for the season.
Pretty good bet the Huskies could be facing Pittsburgh on Thursday.

5 games in 5 days...not that it will happen. As exciting as the big east tournament is, I would almost rather have uconn be rested and ready for the NCAA, where they should have better luck. After all, they were undefeated out of conference this year.
ReplyDeleteOriakhi has so much ability, but he looks so tentative most of the time. Although Okwandu is not perfect, he really has come a long way from what he once was.
Oh I agree ... I'm not suggesting UConn will win the tourney, or even get to the finals. Five games in five days is just too much. When I say the field sets up well for UConn, I simply meant that the Huskies have a good chance at winning at least a couple of games.
